In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 Alron Taxes, Inc., a subsidiary of Alron Enterprises, Inc., is providing the option to have your tax returns completed via email, fax, or US mail and from your office or home. Alron has implemented a secure procedure to prepare and provide your tax returns electronically without your physical presence:

We will respond with a sign-in sheet that is a signature mandate and must be returned to us to begin any tax preparation.
  • Provide your completed sign-in sheet and supporting tax documents to us via email, fax, or US mail.
  • Upon completion of your tax return(s) we will email them to you in a secure PDF format that is password protected along with Form 8879 to sign and authorize us to e-file your tax return(s).
  • We recommend using a secure method to provide your supporting tax documents.

Tax Season Updates (COVID-19)

Alron Enterprises, Inc. strives to keep our clients informed of the latest filing deadlines and compliance dates. With the spread of COVID-19,  government information and resources are changing constantly.

The Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service announced the new tax return filing deadline for Personal (1040) and C Corporation (1120) tax returns is July 15, 2020. Previously, only the payment due date was extended.

Our last email outlined the procedure Alron Enterprises, Inc. is implementing to provide tax services to our clients without their physical presence. That information remains the same and we are still providing our clients the option to complete their tax returns through email, fax, and US mail. If you are owed a refund, the IRS recommends filing your return as soon as possible.

Please take note of the following two changes:

  • Tax Day is July 15, 2020. Tax return filing and any taxes due have been automatically extended for all taxpayers.
  • Should you require additional time to file past July 15, our deadline to receive any extension applications for Personal (1040) and C Corporation (1120) tax returns will be announced at a later date.
